I was the unlucky person who had kids staying in the room directly above last night. I called the hotel front desk twice and the problem finally did get taken care of at 1230. (1st call at 10pm) all I want in a hotel is a comfortable bed and peace and quiet so I can sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone. sort of like ordering a steak and being given a cold day old hot dog.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions and always appreciate the staff and service. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. I've only been in the winter, but the pool and patio lounge look like they'd be fantastic in the summer. The breakfast buffet is decent for the price and served in a nice setting. We started with our 3 year old and 3 month old, and they were accommodating.

Well I wish I had a better experience. Staff at the hotel was great but we were flying in late and when I called for a shuttle service, I was informed they don't offer shuttle service. Despite what the website and the reservation agent says, they don't offer shuttle service. Please update your website information to reflect this.

We spent Thursday, Friday, and Saturday there Having a church conference, The service of all of the staff was AWESOME. The rooms were very nice and clean, beds were comfortable, rooms had mini fridge, coffee pots, microwave hair dryers, iron and board, lots of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was very good and all you wanted to eat. I normally only stay at Hilton's but if more Red Lions could be like this one I would change. Wow awesome job Red Lion and staff!!!

Room was spacious and clean. The pool was closed due to the season. Lots of restaurants nearby and even grocery store not to far away. I work nights and sleep days. It was a little noisy during the day but that is to be expected. At least this Red Lion didn't have construction going on like the last one.
